Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return for store credit only, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at their cost.

Please ship using USPS and make sure proper insurance is paid for as Waspy Cowgirl Boutique is not liable for the item(s) being lost or stolen on its way back to us. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and original shipping prior to returning is nonrefundable. 

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have tags removed or have been worn will not be returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Because of the high volume of orders we DO NOT do exchanges. There are no exceptions to this. Meaning, if the item(s) you're wanting to exchange for is in stock when you ship back your return that will not guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive the returned item(s) and your store credit is issued. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if you are eligible for store credit. If approved, you’ll be eligible for store credit only.
